We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to provide effective and efficient support and leadership within the School of Health & Social Care. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and able to use their initiative, whilst remaining focused on providing excellent customer service at all times. The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of academic processes and be used to re-prioritising at short notice.
As an experienced team member, the post holder will largely manage their own time and determine priorities in order to achieve the required output. The post holder will be a member of the School Senior Leadership team, whilst also providing PA support to key members. The successful candidate will line manage a team of administrators and senior administrators and must have the ability to cope in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Working closely with central teams and the College Operations Team, the post holder will be an effective communicator, and an experienced line manager with the ability to work across multiple projects.
