Job Summary Coordinates all aspects of maintaining Gulf Coast Library's collections. Works closely with the Collection Supervisor on all collection management activities, including preparing new materials for integration into the Gulf Coast Library's collections, sorting and evaluation of donated materials and the withdrawal of materials from the collections as needed. May supervise student employees assigned to work in resource management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited college; or six months to one year related library experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree in library and information science or related field from an accredited college or university; two years working in an academic library.
