This is your chance to make a real difference! The University of Bath ResLife Team seeks a passionate and experienced ResLife Community Support Manager to lead the charge in fostering a thriving resident student community.

What you'll do:

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring fair access to ResLife services for our growing number of resident students.
  • Provide guidance and support with roommate conflicts and other residential issues, working collaboratively with various university teams.
  • Lead project planning and evaluation to continuously improve the ResLife experience for all students.
  • Oversee the applications for accommodation from students who have additional requirements to ensure appropriate allocation of accommodation.
  • Ensure student residents receive the appropriate support regarding residential matters.

  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful inclusion initiatives.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships and trust with diverse student populations.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

    This is a full-time role, working 36.5 hours per week, on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days on campus.
