Job Summary
This position is located at Johnson City Family Medicine Clinic.
Responsible to the Resident Coordinator and Program Director, the Resident
Info Tech assists the Resident Coordinator with the daily function of the
resident program and supports the faculty with administrative tasks including,
but not limited to:
Maintains critical and sensitive information in the online New Innovations
software program.
Enters and maintains the Resident master schedule.
Coordinates Resident evaluations for both inside and outside preceptors.
Manages rotation and elective goals and objectives.
Creates office schedules for faculty.
Assists in recruitment activities including compiling data on candidates
for recruitment meetings, serving as an active member of the Resident
Selection Committee, maintaining the recruitment budget spreadsheet, and
ensuring all recruitment-related invoices are processed accordingly.
Oversees Supervision Documentation process for PGY-l Residents.
Ensures Program Letters of Agreement are accurate and current.
Assists the Program Director with Physician Verification.
Runs errands and sets up for events on behalf of the Residency Program.

Ability to learn and efficiently assimilate new technologies, hardware,
and software into daily functions.
Ability to electronically create, store, edit, and transmit documents and
photos in portable document format, PDF.
Ability to gather and compile data for a variety of purposes.
Ability to enter data accurately and to verify the data entry of others.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of clerical experience.
Higher Education may be considered in lieu of office experience. Relevant
part-time experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Some college education.
Training in an academic or medical field.
Knowledge of New Innovations, Allscripts, and Qgenda.
Salary $27,840
