Founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1948, Stonehill is a private Catholic college located just 22 miles from downtown Boston on a beautiful 384-acre campus in Easton, Massachusetts. Position Summary
Live-in employees who promote and enhance a supportive community environment in their residence area which is conducive to academic achievement and personal growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree and the ability to transfer theory into practice. Previous experience within a residence hall setting. Crisis management, supervisory, community development, and programming experience are also a preference.
Required qualifications: Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse populations and the capacity to develop and maintain effective working relationships within a diverse academic community required. A proven commitment to embracing and advancing diversity and inclusion in all aspects of campus life. Understanding of the College's Catholic mission and an appreciation for how Catholic traditions and values enhance the student experience. Must also have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field preferred.
