Our group is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our work on
signaling mechanisms at the plasma membrane and in plasmodesmata. We are
especially interested in unraveling the role of receptor kinases in regulation
of transport processes. The project will include experiments and data analysis
to construct interaction networks and perform functional characterizations of
candidate receptor kinases involved in regulation of water uptake or nutrient
transport. The project offers a high degree of freedom to pursue individual
