Description of the workplaceConstruction robotics is a topic that is gaining increased research attention in both academia and industry, and so also at Lund University where this is expanding in terms of new and upcoming projects. In the field of construction robotics, ongoing projects currently investigate adaptation of automation solutions for the field, as well as digital support for such solutions.

Work dutiesThe work includes development on existing robot prototypes for construction tasks. It also involves development of automation processes within construction with experimental validation. Experimental work is performed onsite in lab facility.
