  • Role Description Role

    This is a part-time, fixed-term research assistant post to support Professor Joe Tomlinson (York Law School) across the spectrum of his work in the field of administrative law and justice, and is funded by his 2023 Leverhulme Prize in Law.

    The post will involve working within the Administrative Fairness Lab research programme and other developing research programmes, supporting research-led policy and practice engagement work, and being involved in a range of other research and research-related activities.

    The appointed candidate will also be provided with mentorship and be given opportunities to actively contribute to the development of research, including through publications. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to building a career in administrative law, whether in research, practice, or some other capacity.

    Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
  • The candidate will require undergraduate degree in law or equivalent experiences;
  • The candidate will also require experience in public law research and qualitative research;
