In addition, you'll manage all aspects of our institutional repository, Anglia Ruskin Research Online (ARRO), including setting direction and agreeing policies and working practices, ensuring collaboration with key university stakeholders.

With a degree plus demonstrable professional experience or a relevant professional qualification at post-graduate level and demonstrable experience, you'll have strong influencing skills and detailed knowledge of current issues in scholarly communication and research data management, including associated government and funder policies, in the UK and internationally. You'll also have significant experience of supporting researchers, experience of Open access scholarly publishing, bibliometric analysis, involvement in professional networks and a high level of personal responsibility and initiative.
