Job Description

The Tissue Engineering Laboratory in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame has an opening for a Research Scientist. The position focuses on applying tissue engineering approaches to solve human health related issues. The Research Scientist is expected to be involved in interdisciplinary research projects and provide support for general lab work. Additionally, they will also be engaged in a funded project and will be responsible for performing required experiments.

This is a 3-year limited term position, with the possibility of renewal.

A preferred candidate has been identified for this position.

Minimum Qualifications

- Ph.D. in Bioengineering, Biology or Chemistry - 3-4 years experience - Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with other team members is a must.
