This Research Internship is a research-assistant opportunity for 1st- and 2nd-
year students. Students from underserved groups such as students of color
and/or low-income students are especially encouraged to apply. Research
Interns work alongside a BSU professor on a research or scholarly project.
Students work 5-7 hours per week.
• In 1st or 2nd year at BSU
• From an underserved group: student of color and/or low-income
• Interested in academic research
• Capable of working independently
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Willing to learn from others and follow directions
• Willing to ask for help when needed
Most Research Intern positions have no particular physical demands.
