About the Role You will undertake the development of hierarchical models for geospatial antimalarial drug resistance, implementation of Bayesian inference methods, and mechanistic mathematical modelling of drug resistance spread. This role is funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council's (NHMRC) Ideas Grant of Professor Jennifer Flegg, Professor Nick Golding and Associate Professor Dan Weiss. The appointee will be a member of the School of Mathematics and Statistics, reporting to Professor Jennifer Flegg

Your New Team – “School of Mathematics and Statistics“ The University of Melbourne's School of Mathematics and Statistics is one of Australia's leading mathematics and statistics schools. It has achieved this status through the high quality of its research and teaching programs.
