Job Summary

Provide Management Consulting, Operational Excellence, Product/Process Engineering and Advanced Technology solutions to accelerate the profitable growth and competitiveness of Texas manufacturing. Seeks, Identifies, Assesses, Sells, Proposes, Delivers, Coordinates and Manages applied research and technology projects to create significant financial return on customer investment, and ensure superior customer and investor satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships, Generate Leads and support marketing efforts.
  • Conduct assessments, prepare proposals and deploy improvement projects.
  • Manage, coordinate and execute customer projects.
  • Improve processes using technology and/or advanced process improvement techniques.
  • Identify financial impact of projects upon completion.
  • Demonstrate effective project execution, project management, project results and customer follow-ups.
  • Pursue self-improvement and development. Develop others knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Provides Technical expertise and support to Research, Develop and Demonstrate TMAC Automation Center Capabilities.
  • Support and deliver Technical presentations, workshops and Automation Center tours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This position is unable to provide US Sponsorship.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM). Specific related experience can substitute degree type.
  • Five (5) or more years related industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Solid works, Auto CAD, Robotic Programming, PLC controls.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles, resourcefulness and perseverance.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's in electrical, mechanical or related STEM field.
  • Experience in customer service, entrepreneurial coaching, industrial technology, smart manufacturing technologies (robotics, additive manufacturing, data analytics), process and/or product engineering and project management.
  • Working Conditions

    Industrial setting, product and commercialization laboratory. Some equipment and tools can be hazardous.
