    We are seeking a Research Associate to contribute to the research project by conducting WIN-Cati telephone and online survey interviews of opioid treatment provider programs, nationwide.     Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or related field
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience (Master's degree is equivalent to two years experience)
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
  • Other Requirements or Other Factors

  • Strong verbal communication skills, a pleasant telephone voice, and professionalism are required
  • Preferred Experience:

  • Previous research experience, obtaining informed consent from human subjects
  • Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

  • Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) certification for colleges and universities
  • Completed Human Subjects training and HIPAA training
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience administering telephone surveys in a research environment is preferred
  • Experience with specialized software and basic PC skills
  • Ability to read interview scripts, record responses on paper or onto a computer
  • Responsibilities:

  • Participate in administering and reviewing surveys.
  • Participate in data collection, management and calculations.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of all assigned protocols and reporting requirements.
  • Safeguard confidentiality of subjects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
