Research Associate: Palliative and End of Life Care Systematic Reviewer

This exciting fixed-term one year post is a unique opportunity for a colleague with experience of reviewing the literature to undertake a systematic literature review, funded by Marie Curie Care.

Working with Dr Barbara Antunes and Prof Stephen Barclay, the post-holder will update the highly cited review "Implementing patient-reported outcome measures in palliative care clinical practice: A systematic review of facilitators and barriers" Palliative Medicine (2014); 28(2): 158-175 DOI: 10.1177/0269216313491619.

They will be a key member of "PELiCam" the Palliative and End of Life Care Group of the University of Cambridge Primary Care Unit https:// www. a flourishing multidisciplinary research group based at the East Forvie Building, on the Addenbrooke's Biomedical Campus in Cambridge.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic colleague with a track-record of undertaking literature reviews and research in Palliative and End of Life Care or related areas. The post-holder will have a PhD in a relevant discipline or an equivalent level of professional qualifications and experience. They will be skilled in working collaboratively as part of a team, presenting research in academic, professional presentations and writing journal papers.

The funds for this post are available for 12 months from commencement in post.

While the post is advertised as full-time we welcome applications from individuals who wish to be considered for part-time working (at least 75% FTE).

The post will be based in the Primary Care Unit, East Forvie Building, University Forvie Site, Robinson Way, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge CB2 0SR (approx. 2 miles south of city centre). The post-holder will be required to work at least two days per week in the Department, subject to discussion.
