Professor Sujatha Jesudason, in the Milano School of Policy, Management and
Environment is hiring a Research Assistant for a book project on racism and
courageous conversations, Speaking Race to Power. She is looking for a
research assistant with experience in interview coding and analysis and the
use of interview coding software NVivo.
This position would be suitable for a graduate student familiar with the
literature on race, power, and inclusion.
The Research Assistant should demonstrate interest and experience in
literature reviews, research, and assisting with interview processes,
including transcribing and coding themes.
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement between SENS-
UAW, Local 7902 and the University.
Research and project management support for Dr. Jesudason's work
Assist with Interviews and coding, including use of NVivo software.
Graduate student with background in literature, race, and power.
Experience in research and writing
Proficient use of Google Drive, transcription services, and secure data
Ability to adhere to University COVID-19 Policy and requirements.
