The Cognitive Development and Neuroimaging Lab in the Division of Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry is looking for a full-time Spanish speaking Research
Assistant to help coordinate the Covid-19 Mother Baby Outcomes (COMBO)
research project and provide support with behavioral and MRI data collection.
Recruits study participants, Screens potential participants to determine
Coordinates study visits, Maintains communication with participant
Collects neuro-imaging data.
Helps with experimental paradigm development and lab administration duties
including managing IRB protocols and training other lab members.
Administers clinical and neuropsychological assessments.
Assists with data management and analysis.
Performs other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as required.
Bachelor's degree or at least one and one-half years of related experience
or equivalent in education, training and experience.
Individuals with prior experience collecting neuroimaging data with a
minimum of 6 months working for MRI studies preferred.
CPR Certification is preferred.
Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
Experience with recruiting research participants, coordinating with
families and clinical supervisor, and collecting behavioral and/or
clinical data. Applicants must have experience working with infants.
Must be proficient with standard productivity software (Microsoft Office,
email, calendars, etc...). The ideal candidate must be able to work
independently, be self-motivated and positively contribute to labs aims
Candidates must be able to occasionally work on weekends.
