Seeking a motivated, experienced, and organized candidate to serve as Research Assistant (RA) to join a great team of investigators and support studies investigating neural markers of development and Developmental Disorders.

This person will be primarily responsible for acquiring electroencephalography (EEG) data in infants and toddlers. The RA will work closely with infants and families during the EEG sessions and will work closely with the research staff to facilitate successful study activities. In addition to conducting the EEG sessions, this person will document and communicate study related activities, adhering to the research protocols and guidelines, and maintain research records. This person will participate in regular meetings to communicate lab and research related activities. This position is a great opportunity to be involved in developmental research across infancy and childhood, to learn new skills (such as EEG acquisition and analysis), and to work with a team of outstanding investigators.

Education and Experience

An ideal candidate would have, or be working towards, a degree in psychology, human development, or a similar discipline, and have excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills. Experience working with infants and toddlers, experience collecting EEG, experience with EEG and data tracking software are a plus.
