Research Assistant - Serology

We are seeking a research assistant with strong laboratory and organisational
skills to join an established multi-disciplinary team as part of COVID-19
Serology antibody detection platform.
The post holders will be part of a nationally important COVID-19 surveillance
team and responsible for the routine screening and continued development of
the SARS-CoV-2 serology high throughput platforms across two different sites
in Oxford University: John Radcliffe Hospital and Wellcome Centre for Human
You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the platforms and assist
with the optimisation and refinement of the SARS-CoV-2 ELISA assays to best
measure antibody response to the new variants of SARS-CoV-2. This will entail
working a shift pattern of 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off on a rolling
basis and to include weekends to ensure 7 days a week operation .
