The National Center for Primary Care is seeking a Research Assistant II to join their team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree – Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university • 2-3 years related experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with specific experience using MS Excel and PowerPoint-Intermediate skills • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Duties

Description of Job Duty

Coordinates and participates in a variety of duties to assist AIM-AHEAD investigators in qualitative and survey data collection, verification, and compilation of research information related to various fields of research focused on patient and clinician engagement in health related Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) applications for the AIM-AHEAD project as requested.

May assist in AIM-AHEAD protocol design and modification, if needed.

Investigates and proposes alternative experimental procedures for consideration by a principal investigator.

Assists in planning and scheduling research procedures.

Provide direction and support for tactical project management tasks

Supports or conducts curricular content development and coordination of engagement and outreach activities with NCPC networks of patient advisory board members and clinicians

Coordinating outreach and engagement events with the state Primary Care Associations (PCA) for the 8 states in SERCN (MS, AL, FL, GA, TN, KY, NC, and SC).

May coordinate learning activities and recruitment from undergraduate, graduate student pool in the AUC.

May conduct literature reviews, supporting recruitment, compiling findings, conducting interviews/focus groups, guiding qualitative analysis, and human subject compliance.
