Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Coordinator/Project Officer) in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 523478)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall event implementation and coordination, including logistic support to seminar, conference, symposium and other departmental events
  • Manage social media platforms and website update
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • a Bachelor's degree with some experience, preferably in Science, Language, Communication, or related disciplines
  • Good time management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Being self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in project coordination and event management is preferred
  • Prior experience in tertiary education institutions would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered and on-the-job training will be provided

    The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
