These position include the following duties:

• conducting classes in accordance with the number of hours assigned to a given position, including conducting classes in English,

• conducting research work in the dimension agreed with the Head of the Department,

• performing administrative tasks in the dimensions determined by the Head of the Department.

Requirements for the candidate:

For Research Assistant position:

• master's degree,

• clear and specified publication plans,

• publications in international scientific journals will be advantageous,

• detailed publication plans, publications in reviews in IF journals will be advantageous,

• teaching experience will be advantageous,

• work in research projects, grants financed from domestic and foreign sources / conducting research projects, grants financed from domestic and foreign funds, will be advantageous.

For Assistant Professor position:

• having a doctoral degree,

• precise publication plans in national and international scientific journals from IF,

• publications in English from IF, a specific pipeline of publications in reviews in IF journals will be advantageous,

• teaching experience,

• work in research projects, grants financed from domestic and foreign sources / conducting research projects, grants financed from domestic and foreign funds.

and common requirements for the position of Research Assistant and Assistant Professor:

• degree title in the field of management, sociology, econometrics, computer science, psychology, data science or other social sciences,

• organizational activity in research projects will be advantageous,

• work in a startup, experience in working in Scrum mode or other Agile methodology will be advantageous

• internships at foreign universities, foreign scholarships, and lectures at foreign universities will be advantageous,

• data science or SNA research will be advantageous,

• high motivation for scientific work,

• orientation to the world style of practicing science will be advantageous,

• advanced knowledge of Python,

• advanced or intermediate knowledge of R, SNA, MaxQData will be advantageous,

• knowledge of English at the C1 level, as defined in the European System for the Description of Languages,

• knowledge of English at the C2 level as defined in the European System for the Description of Language Education will be advantageous,

• knowledge of the Polish language at B2 level will be advantageous,

• independent thinking, creativity, analyzing and drawing conclusions,

• respect for differences, teamwork, openness to cooperation,

• resistance to stress, communication skills, personal culture,

• the ability to independently follow the optimal implementation of the main goal of the project will be advantageous,

• the ability to implement several projects at the same time will be advantageous,

• availability (full-time studies are conducted from Monday to Friday, and part-time studies are also conducted on weekends).
