    Participation in the above-mentioned department in the coordination of seminars within the framework of the Transnational Center for Just Transitions in Energy, Climate & Sustainability (TRAJECTS) project. Trajects has three regional hubs and a global network of over 40 institutions from civil society, science, think tanks, public administration and business. The project aims to support and strengthen transcontinental exchange, research and education on various “sustainability changes”. Accordingly, the main task of the advertised position is to enable a south-south-north exchange and capacity building with a strong inter- and transdisciplinary approach. The seminar coordination office of the TRAJECTS European Regional Hub will be responsible for coordinating the lectures and seminars in the form of joint virtual labs and virtual lectures in Spanish and English.

    Require­ments:
  • Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in economics or social sciences (e.g. economics, political science, public policy, etc.).
  • Experience in teaching and coordinating events and lectures
  • Experience in research collaboration, especially with online collaborative research
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish, English and German (oral and written)
  • Experience in the field of sustainability changes (e.g. coal phase-out, energy turnaround, agricultural turnaround, etc.) is an advantage
  • Intercultural competence (e.g. between Global South and North) is an advantage
  • Experience in carrying out international research or exchange projects is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team
