This new full-time maternity cover post is available from 6 March 2023 until 1 March 2024 on a fixed term basis.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

We welcome applications from candidates interested in working part-time or compressed hours or job-sharing arrangements.

Summary of the role

As part of the Exeter Global in External Engagement and Global (EEG), this role will be part of the International Student Recruitment Team to lead on delivery of the University's international recruitment strategy in order to meet ambitious targets by representing the University to overseas audience, raising its international brand and profile and contributing to the achievement of the University's ambitious targets for international student recruitment.

This role will be an effective senior member of the International Student Recruitment team, leading a strategic response to the University's recruitment objectives in particular regions, supervise ISR staff covering the region jointly, supporting colleagues in wider international recruitment policy and campaigns activity, and lead on strategic projects that assist in international student growth. This includes providing well-researched and timely guidance that contains quantitative and qualitative data to colleagues on matters pertaining to international student recruitment within the given regions to assist in policy making.
