This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term until 31 October 2024.

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy Recruitment Team. You will provide a professional and seamless end-to-end recruitment service for all academic and professional services roles, providing administrative support on recruitment activities spanning an end-to- end recruitment process.

We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are fully customer focused. You must be highly organised with a demonstrable ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to process large volumes of data accurately. You will also be flexible, proactive and strive for continuous improvement.

Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English, you will have knowledge of legal requirements in relation to recruitment. You will have excellent communication skills and be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office. Ideally, you will also have previous experience of working in a busy HR / Recruitment environment.
