General Description / Primary Purpose
The Coordinator Records Registration, under the direction of an Assistant Registrar or above, assists in the design, development and implementation of departmental processes and/or programs and recommends policies and procedures to ensure effective coordination of departmental programs. This position will report to the Assistant Registrar to maintain and develop UNF Academic Agreements, assist in National Student Clearinghouse maintenance and reporting, as well as to assist with day to day Records & Registration functions as assigned by the Registrar.
Essential Duties
Job Function
Create, draft, and track academic agreements through all stages of development and continuance. Be an information resource for students, faculty and staff regarding all types of academic agreements. Stay abreast of state requirements and regulations. Provide appropriate training and information for UNF faculty and staff and partner institutions. Attend campus, regional and statewide meetings and provide follow-up reports to the Registrar/Articulation Officer. Maintain articulation related internet web pages. Oversee the processing of Dual Enrollment applications, enrollment, and billing with appropriate high school and county partners. Partner with college Deans, Chairs, Directors, faculty, and staff at UNF and at partner institutions in order to create and maintain academic agreements.

Assist in National Student Clearinghouse error report research, resolution, and submission. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of UNF records databases and resources. Work with campus partners to resolve student record inconsistencies.

During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job related duties at a designated off campus location or place of residence.

Required Qualifications
A Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a directly related area of specialization; or a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and two years of experience directly related to the job functions.

Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; must have strong interpersonal skills. Customer service skills, knowledge of Excel, Microsoft XP, and other Windows based programs. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
