If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Research and Enterprise Department as a Receptionist with additional administrative duties.
This is a varied role that will provide administration support for the Business Incubation team, and sometimes the wider department, in the mornings and reception cover in the afternoons and will be predominantly based at our Think Tank Innovation Centre but, on occasion, may also be required to support the reception at our Sparkhouse Incubation Centre.
The role will require you to provide a high-quality, friendly, organised, and professional front of house service, fulfilling all types of reception duties, and you will be the initial contact for all internal and external stakeholders and visitors to the building. You will have a proactive and flexible approach to the delivery of the reception provision and be able to use your judgement and initiative to make appropriate decisions. Your ability to provide excellent customer service will enable you to thrive in this dynamic and fast- paced environment and ensuring a positive customer experience will be key.
