Duties:1-60Screen calls, answer routine inquiries, and/or provide information or refer inquiries to appropriate staff, faculty and students. Meet, greet, and direct customers on a daily basis. Prepare first drafts of course advertisement flyers and other campus advertisements as directed using Microsoft Word, Publisher, and/or Excel software. Perform basic clerical support such as filing, sorting mail, copying, scanning documents, classroom arrangements and schedule mail deliveries. Proctor students. Driving may be required.Essential
2-20Work with CRCD Lead Student Manager/Registration Office in preparing and uploading paper registration forms to a secure email address.Essential
3-20Work with the Rural Human Services and Human Services faculty to coordinate Cohort sessions on campus, communicate with students, process registrations, and coordinate travel, and accommodation arrangements. Prepare and submit travel claims, expense reports, and reimbursement requests.Essential
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Typical Experience:
Two years of office/administrative experience.
Required Education or Training:
High School graduation and two years office/administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Salary Information:
This is a full-time, 10.5-month, non-exempt, term-funded, staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule (Bethel), Grade 76, based on education and experience.

This position is a term-funded position and is reviewed annually for contract renewal at the University's discretion.
