  • HEW Level 4 salary + 17% superannuation
  • About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join and provide reception and administrative services for the Employability team at Swinburne. These services are provided through varied communication methods, including face to face, phone and direct or email systems.

    Reporting to the Manager, Operations, you will support the Employability team programs and services, including assisting with resources development relating to current projects and the maintenance of our Employability digital platforms.

    This role will require a customer focused approach in dealing with a broad range of clients from students, staff, team member and the external community.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Proven expertise in the administration support of students and faculties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment, to deliver customer service to a diverse range of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in continuous improvement, audit processes and the maintenance of high quality resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and vary communication style accordingly.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and experience in use of and/or management of information and database systems.
  • Qualifications

  • Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work- related experience or a certificate level qualification with post- certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
