Our collegial and intellectually stimulating Department of Organisation, Work and Technology is seeking a Reader / Senior Lecturer able to contribute to our research and teaching in Management and Organisation Studies. We are particularly keen to recruit researchers in areas including Health leadership and / or management, wellbeing at work, public management and public policy.

You will have demonstrated research and educational leadership. You will be enthusiastic to drive a relevant and innovative research agenda, supervise and attract undergraduate and postgraduate students and to develop new teaching programmes. Ideally, you would also strengthen links to policy through the Work Foundation.
