You will have the ability to provide an effective learning environment teaching English (NZCEL level 2) for a fixed term period from February to April 2023
We are looking for a lecturer with the passion and skills to work with our students who are migrants and refugees. You will be providing support and guidance to assist them with their development and confidence as learners. Ideally you will bring a minimum of NZCALNE and CELTA or equivalent, and will bring relevant experience in teaching and working with diverse cultures, ages and abilities and learning styles. You must have proven experience of guiding students to learn through Canvas and be able to engage with learners face-to- face and online. If you thrive in a collaborative team and pride yourself on your ability to build and sustain relationships with students we would love to hear from you. You need to be organised, flexible and committed to high quality teaching, and equity to ensure students' aspirations are supported.
