  • 3 years experience performing facilities maintenance, custodial, and / or landscaping activities
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively using computer
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing quality assurance and/or quality control activities
  • Experience supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Experience using SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Experience using AiM by AssetWorks or comparable Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)/ Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

    Coordinate the activities of a program, project, team, and/or area within a department.

    Job Duties

  • Perform surveillance in support of the Facilities Quality Assurance (QA) program ensuring a variety of service activities meet desired expectations
  • Provide corrective feedback to service providers through the appropriate channels
  • Escalate unresolved service deficiencies for resolution
  • Provide outstanding customer service while using proper judgment to act on requests or observations and follow up with responsible party
  • Document QA inspections using computer-based software
  • Complete recurring reports of activities and provide recommendations for quality improvement
  • Other duties as assigned
