  • 5 + years of related experience
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and investigative skills, including ability to solve problems with minimal guidance
  • Capacity to synthesize information from various sources, analyze the information, and communicate it to others
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous role within quality assurance and/or quality control field of expertise
  • Previous experience performing data mining, statistical analysis, and/or business analysis
  • Experience using SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Experience using AiM by AssetWorks or comparable Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

    Responsible for managing the operation of a program or project, supervising employees, and providing oversight of and guidance to a team or area within a department.

    Job Duties

  • Manages Facilities Quality Assurance (QA) program ensuring a wide variety of facilities-related service activity deliverables meet quality standards and desired expectations
  • Performs QA inspections of services provided by one or more trade disciplines on campus
  • Provides outstanding customer service while using proper judgment to act on requests and follow up with responsible party
  • Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and teams to perform root cause analysis, improve business practices, and document lessons learned
  • Serves as a direct communication link between campus clients and the Facilities organization for issue resolution
  • Produces recurring performance and customer satisfaction metrics for Facilities and provides recommendations for quality improvement
  • Documents QA inspections using computer-based software
  • Other duties as assigned
