5 + years of related experience

Previous experience leading or supervising a team

Strong organizational, analytical, and investigative skills, including ability to solve problems with minimal guidance

Capacity to synthesize information from various sources, analyze the information, and communicate it to others

Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors

Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Previous role within quality assurance and/or quality control field of expertise

Previous experience performing data mining, statistical analysis, and/or business analysis

Experience using SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

Experience using AiM by AssetWorks or comparable Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Job Description

Responsible for managing the operation of a program or project, supervising employees, and providing oversight of and guidance to a team or area within a department.

Job Duties

Manages Facilities Quality Assurance (QA) program ensuring a wide variety of facilities-related service activity deliverables meet quality standards and desired expectations

Performs QA inspections of services provided by one or more trade disciplines on campus

Provides outstanding customer service while using proper judgment to act on requests and follow up with responsible party

Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and teams to perform root cause analysis, improve business practices, and document lessons learned

Serves as a direct communication link between campus clients and the Facilities organization for issue resolution

Produces recurring performance and customer satisfaction metrics for Facilities and provides recommendations for quality improvement

Documents QA inspections using computer-based software

Other duties as assigned
