Do you have strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, and experience in administration? Then you may like to join the busy Quality Services team, where you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality professional services in the Curriculum Management Team.

The Quality Services division is responsible for managing the University's Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) Framework which comprises policies and processes designed to secure the quality and standards of the University's awards. This is an exciting time to join, with new policies, processes and systems being introduced. You will have a chance to help shape the structure of your department, and will work with schools, departments and external partner organisations to support quality and standards in the area of curriculum management.

This role is full-time (37.0 hours per week), and permanent, however we welcome applications form candidates seeking to job share. Additionally, this role is eligible for our agile working policy meaning that you can work remotely up to 3 days per week (after training) with the agreement of your manager.

A good standard of secondary education (or equivalent), reflecting good literacy and numeracy skills, is essential, as is experience of work in administration and in quality assurance.

It is planned that interviews will take place W/C 23rd September.
