Main duties and responsibilities

You will be planning and implementing a new system solution to allow students and graduates access to online documentation verification. This will include co-ordinating activities relating to the procurement, configuration, integration, testing and implementation of the system. As the primary contact for all internal queries regarding the system, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with contacts from the external provider. A critical element will be to ensure that documentation is produced to support the running of the system once implemented.

You will be experienced in engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders and customers, with effective written and oral communication skills.
