    About the Role Working within the Enterprise Services and IT Foundations Domain, you will plan, lead and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary business improvement and IT projects. You will manage cross-functional project teams drawn from across the University and Business Services to ensure project outputs and capability uplift/outcomes for clients.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Manage individual projects with large organisational and technical complexity and client impact, ensuring delivery to budget, schedule and specifications
  • Assist with project planning, scoping and estimation as part of the project development and business case process
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project engagements
  • Work with clients to scope and estimate project work within their portfolio
  • About You Along with your excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, you will have the demonstrated ability to work with clients and stakeholders through the full project lifecycle to identify, source/develop and implement solutions that meet requirements and enable realisation of business benefits. You will also bring solid commercial, vendor management and leadership skills, with proven experience working with cross functional teams in a matrix structure.

    You will also have:

  • A relevant postgraduate qualification with significant relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training
  • Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large ($250k-$3m+) business improvement and IT projects in one or more of the following areas: IT enablement for new buildings on campus and other facilities/smart campus projects; IT infrastructure projects; integration/identity management/security projects; customer facing application and digital projects in the enterprise services domain (finance, HR, procurement, service management)
  • Demonstrated ability to tailor and apply project management methodologies including PMbok, Prince 2 and Agile
