    Position Information

    Position Title Project Director - Marshall for All

    Program Development and Implementation: Take ownership of the new Marshall for All program, identify needed processes and resources to successfully launch a pilot cohort of students in fall 2023, and ensure successful scaling of the program as it expands to all students over the next 10 years.

    Partnership/Stakeholder Development: Serve as primary liaison between the various debt-free committees, university leadership, university offices, students and external partners.

    Program Analysis: Develop reporting, goals, analysis and documentation. Recommend programmatic and policy changes needed to achieve goals.

    Program Operations: Manage competing priorities and escalate issues as appropriate; hire and manage support staff, develop and execute communication plan in partnership with the Office of University Communications.

    This position has the option of a hybrid work schedule.

    Salary Range $45,700 - $59,400 - Salary may be increased based off education, experience, and internal equity. Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time Work Location MU - Marshall University
