  • Liaise with relevant partners and stakeholders and work with them to identify project deliverables and define clear objectives and appropriate project outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate project work plans, timelines, implementation and evaluation methods.
  • Develop relevant business case and project initiation documentation (PID) as required, including timelines, implementation and evaluation methods and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate resources associated with the delivery of assigned projects, monitor projects costs, and provide updates and reports to the Project Lead, as required.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and provide progress update reports to ensure schedules are being met.
  • Identify impacts and risks associated with the project and report on these.
  • Undertake project research tasks and compile and analyse data.
  • As a member of the University community, demonstrate the highest possible standards of professional and personal conduct, modelling the University's Values and Signature Behaviours.
  • To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated organisational/project management skills with the ability to coordinate and implement project activities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people and with cross cultural sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality management processes and experience in successfully supporting end to end project management.
