The Excellence Strategy Team in the Department of Research at the University of Tübingen oversees the funding formats and strategic developments associated with the University's Excellence status.

For this purpose, we are looking to fill the following permanent position as soon as possible :

Project Coordinator (m/f/d, 75 %, E 13 TV-L)

Tasks include:

  • Supervision of funding measures and funded structures within the framework of the Excellence Strategy.
  • Advising (mainly English-speaking) researchers on funding formats and application options
  • Preparation, monitoring and documentation of decision-making processes
  • Concept development for further funding formats and internal controlling
  • Preparation of reports and data collection
  • Controlling of the financial resources of the Excellence Strategy
  • Active participation in the work of the Excellence Strategy team
  • Requirements for your application are:

  • Completed university studies and a Master's degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1-C2)
  • A structured, proactive and independent way of working
  • Experience in science management, controlling or project coordination is desirable.
