Project Associate in the Department of Urban Planning and Design (Ref.: 523710) (to commence as soon as possible for one year)
Applicants should have a recognized Bachelor's degree, preferably in built environment with exposure to corporate communications, branding and marketing, public relations, or other related areas. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; interest in multi-media production, event organization and promotion; a good understanding of social media, website management and email marketing; and good organizational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills with a high level of computer proficiency.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the Department, especially on events and publicity, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
Applicants should be Hong Kong residents. Existing staff of the University need not apply.
