Job description

Corporate Operations (Co-Ops) supports the University, its Schools and Services to identify priorities and assist with the delivery of improvements and change.

The Corporate Operations team are looking to recruit a Project and Change Officer to provide comprehensive and proactive project support, assisting all members of the Corporate Operations Service in the delivery of organisational change and continuous improvement. The successful applicant will have A Levels plus 5 GCSEs at grade C/Level 4 or higher including English and Maths or equivalent/significant professional experience and a programme, project or change management qualification or willingness to work towards one.

Applicants will have experience of working in a project or change environment and working across multiple activities simultaneously. They will have excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. A key aspect of the role will be the application of change and process improvement methods, such as process mapping and business analysis to lead and deliver service enhancement across the University.
