About the Role:
Collaborating with a team of project stream leaders, you will provide critical administrative support to an ongoing improvement project for ARU's apprenticeship delivery. You will take an active role in monitoring and communicating project progress in appropriate forums. updating documents to ensure the team are on track with commitments to actions and solutions. You will arrange, attend, and take minutes for all required meetings that relate to the project, liaising with internal stakeholders.
You will have a Degree with an appropriate level of experience with evidence of continuing professional development and evidence of continuing professional development. You will have excellent communication, writing, organisational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in a range of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word. Your most recent experience will be in a project administration role where you have demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and responsiveness. You will be flexible to changes, and confident working with minimal supervision to support a wide range of project activities as required. Knowledge of apprenticeships is desirable.
Whilst this role has remote working, you should be prepared for occasional travel to any of ARU's main campuses (Chelmsford, Cambridge, Peterborough) as required.
