Job Summary
Program Impact Analyst works closely with College of Pharmacy faculty and
staff to analyze and interpret data for research efforts and to assess the
impact of the College's assessment & strategic plans
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with faculty and staff to gather, analyze, and interpret
complex data.
Recommend appropriate performance measures to monitor and evaluate
strategy impact.
Create data visualizations to communicate programmatic and organizational
impact.
Follow best practices in data collection, storage, analysis, and
governance.
Validate, match, and structure data from multiple sources for analysis.
Communicate actionable data-driven insights to improve and optimize
services and operations.
Prioritize projects and assignments to meet organizational deadlines and
priorities.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify problems,
analyze information, evaluate results, and solve problems using the most
effective solutions.
Demonstrated competency of using data visualization software, e.g.,
Salesforce Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and/or Microsoft PowerBI, including
generating dashboards and managing user roles and profiles.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to
be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders and obtain pertinent
information by asking critical questions. Strong listening skills.
Well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively interact and
communicate with diverse individuals. Demonstrated relationship-building
skills to build effective working relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to
effectively explain complex information. Strong documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, ask
critical questions, and obtain pertinent information and details.
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and query databases.
High energy level. Self- starter; willing to take initiative.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in data science, health informatics, public health,
information technology, or other relevant field of study. Equivalent
combination of education, experience, training, or certification may be
considered in lieu of degree.
Experience performing statistical tests on data sets using SPSS, SAS, R,
or other statistical software - required.
