This is a 30 hour a week position that is benefit eligible based on 30 hour work week.
8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, office operating hours; schedule within those hours is flexible to fit office needs.
UGE promotes a flexible and hybrid work environment wherever possible. After initial onboarding and training is completed, 2 days of telework schedule may be available depending on office needs.
Primary Purpose of Position
The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership to all aspects of the Communication Across the Curriculum (CxC) Consultant Program within the Office of Undergraduate Education. This position supports CxC and campus initiatives that promote the teaching and learning of communication and assists the Director with strategic planning and budgeting.
Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from a four year college or university and at least three years of program associate experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
