The Program Coordinator supports two distinct programs: Inclusion and Diversity in Student Affairs (I&D team) and THRIVE. The I&D team includes the Center for Multicultural Life, the Rachel Lord Center for Religious and Spiritual Life, the Sexuality, Women's and Gender Center, student accessibility and more. THRIVE is an initiative designed to foster achievement, belonging, and mentorship and transition among low-income and first-generation students as well as those traditionally underrepresented on college campuses. It includes the Geoffrey Canada Scholars, BASE advising, Bowdoin Science Experience, Bowdoin Science Scholars, Chamberlain Scholars, and Peer Mentoring.
Responsibilities include:
Hourly range for this position is expected to be: Minimum $20.00 – Maximum $25.00 per hour
