PROGRAM COORD I - PART-TIME - (T206335)
Description
Under general supervision, coordinates administrative, personnel, and logistical support for a defined department program. Carries out established program objectives and directives. Determines the best approach to accomplish assignments. May supervise support staff. Communicates, using a variety of media, with internal and external constituencies. May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission. May handle data management. The position will work with people who are struggling financially and are often in crisis. Confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to relate to diverse groups of people are essential. Attention to detail and experience with personal budgeting is valuable. Knowledge of community and government resources is beneficial. Experience working with committees and groups of volunteers is helpful.
Salary Range $15.00 - $17.55
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience are required.
Preferred Skills:
Degree in social work or related field preferred.
