    Position Details Percent of Time/Week: 100%

    Service Schedule: P&S Calendar Year Position Description:

    Coordinates and oversees all four levels of the Professional Readiness Program (PRP) for the College of Business Office for Professional Distinction. Manages and ensures facilitation of all workshops in PRP; conceptualizes, implements, and continually evaluates existing and new program content based on the current evolving business environment and student professional development needs. Serves as a resource and support to facilitators, instructors, and learners involved in the PRP; advises and reports to the Director of the Office for Professional Distinction on current program development and outcomes for training provided. Schedules and oversees trainers/instructors to lead workshops in PRP and provides program content to PRP participants; hires, manages, and leads Peer Mentors, Office Assistants, and/or other student employees supporting the PRP program. Positively represents PRP to outward community and provides program presentations as required; and provides reports and analysis by tracking, managing, and making decisions based on program data.

    This position is eligible for overtime.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree required. Spring 2023 graduates will be considered.

    Required Qualifications:

    At least one year of experience in project management, event planning, or program coordination required. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and teambuilding skills also required. Student experience will be considered.
