The School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the CUHK Business School is now inviting applications for the position of Professional Consultant / Senior Lecturer / Lecturer to support the School's growth in accordance with its vision.
Applicants should have (i) a Master's degree/ MBA or preferably PhD degree in real estate or a related field; (ii) demonstrated ability or potential for high-quality teaching of undergraduate, MBA and/or other postgraduate courses; (iii) passion for education and teaching; and (iv) substantial relevant management experience with a strong network with the real estate industries for candidates applying for the position of Professional Consultant.
The appointee(s) will (a) teach specialized undergraduate and/or postgraduate real estate courses, e.g. real estate valuation, facilities development and management; (b) develop initiatives and coordinate activities with real estate industries; and (c) develop and promote the School's world-class executive education programmes for real estate discipline.
Appointment(s) will initially be made on contract basis for up to two years, initially commencing August 2023, which, subject to demonstration of the requisite level of performance and mutual agreement, may lead to a longer-term appointment later.
