Auburn University at Montgomery's (AUM) Financial Services Office is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Coordinator who will be responsible for conducting a variety of routine procurement activities or services in accordance with policies, standard business practices, and ethical practices. This position will perform assignments that require a working knowledge of requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, contracts and other related documents as necessary, supporting all procurement requirements for assigned University group(s). The Procurement & Contracts Coordinator will report to the Sourcing Manager. Due to the needs of the department, this position will be onsite at AUM, not remote.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, management, public administration, accounting, or discipline appropriate to position and one (1) year of related work.
