Working Title: Process Improvement Data Manager, AED HR/Finance
Duke Title: Data Administration Analyst
Provide overall administrative management and coordination for the transactional services performed in AED HR/Finance department reporting to the Administrative Director for HR/Finance.
The Process Improvement Data Manager will lead, manage, and oversee transaction initiators monitoring and ensuring their compliance with university policies and procedure around processing HR/Finance transactions and maintain consistency in processes and delivery of services. The Process Improvement Data Manager will ensure business continuity and adherence to procedures and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and maximize service levels to our internal customers. Ensures operational excellence by working collaboratively with the Finance, Business Manager, HR Departmental Managers and AED Departmental managers, to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment resulting in increased operational efficiencies.

Work requires knowledge and skills generally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree program in business, computer science, mathematics, statistics or social sciences.Experience
Work requires knowledge of both statistical analysis and interpretation generally acquired through at least two years of relevant experience.
